Time flies when you’re having fun!

At NextBeam, we began production one year ago on 14 Aug 2022. Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve accomplished in the first year:

  • Irradiated 4,954,897 pounds of customer product
  • Qualified 80+ customer products
  • Implemented paperless document control, product tracking, and reports via a suite of modern, secure, and cloud-based IT systems
  • Read 20,000+ dosimeters
  • Achieved quality system accreditation to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 for performing electron beam irradiation in accordance with ISO 11137.
  • Presented at 10+ conferences and trade shows
  • Consumed countless miles of tape, pallet wrap, and permanent markers

We have deep expertise in performing radiation sterilization for medical devices. We work with customers with new product requirements and those transferring products from Gamma and EO sterilization. For E-Beam requalification – we can have you fully qualified in less than a week.
