NextBeam celebrated a new milestone this month, processing over 1,100 pallets of customer products. Though still nowhere close to full capacity, scaling from zero to 1,000+ pallets in under 5 months affirms our ability to rapidly refine and validate operational and quality processes. Our team is hard at work using 5-S and Lean principles to improve how we do business each and every day.
